At the relaxed and homely Breathing Space Norfolk you will experience a weekend with Anand Kirtan, Areeradh and Anna Michalska, exploring music, voice, art, movement, and dance - all for the purpose of connection, healing and joy!
The retreat will be a space for creativity, sharing circles, voice workshops, conscious dance and meditative art in one of the most beautiful settings in the Norfolk countryside, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads and close to pristine sandy beaches.
The whole retreat centre is designed to give you the experience of living amongst nature, but in very nurturing, comfortable and inspiring surroundings. We will be spending time nearby at the beach as well, singing and dancing next to the sea.
The retreat is fully catered, starting with dinner on Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday, with delicious wheat free vegan food.
Some rooms have twin beds so you would be sharing with one other woman. If you are applying for a place with a friend, please let me know that at time of booking.
Arrival Friday early afternoon. Departure Sunday afternoon. Full schedule will be shared on social media/newsletter nearer the time, but you can expect daily music/art and dance sessions and plenty of space for sharing and meditation. We will also include some beach time and some sea gazing, maybe even swimming!
Days will include pre-breakfast yoga classes and then workshops and creative space with Anna, Areeradh and Anand Kirtan throughout the days, with a kirtan concert on Saturday night. There will be space and time to use the surroundings and to spend time reading, journaling, chatting or meditating or exploring the beautiful surroundings.
This retreat is perfect for: people wanting to spend time exploring their creativity. As well as women already working in wellness, yoga, sound, music, art or movement, who wish to learn some wonderful exercises to take back into their own communities. You will be provided afterwards with ideas of music playlists for movement sessions, some meditative art and movement exercises, so that you can continue the practice at home.
RETREAT VENUE
Our retreat location is a unique getaway in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk Broads and close to pristine sandy beaches, Breathing Space offers a range of self-catering accommodation, including Willow Cottage and shepherd's huts set in 3 acres of grounds.
HOW TO MAKE BOOKING
There are three single rooms and two twin rooms available, all with shared bathrooms.
Twin rooms are £550 per person
Single rooms are £600 per person.
All costs include Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, all meals, and teaching.

If you cancel at any point, you are welcome to self-organise reselling or gifting your place to another woman who'd like to attend. We can't offer refunds, so it is strongly recommended that at time of booking, you take out comprehensive travel insurance for your peace of mind.
If we the organisers cancel the retreat, you will have the choice of being refunded or offered another retreat date option.
